Aligning Career and Soul: Clarifying and Cultivating Your Calling

Part of my soul’s purpose is to guide others in finding theirs.

Some people have a clear sense of who they are and what they’re meant to do from an early age. For others, their vocational path is winding and more obscure. They may struggle to hear what the world—or their soul—is asking of them.

Sometimes, a once-meaningful career begins to feel empty. It may have served the soul (or the ego) for years, but now there’s a longing for something more. Occasionally, a beloved job ends abruptly, and people are left wondering how to begin again.

My courses are designed for groups of people navigating these thresholds—those seeking to find and follow their vocational calling. When we explore this terrain in community, something uniquely powerful emerges. There’s a kind of alchemy that happens within groups that rarely arises when we journey alone.

It’s important to recognize that while some people feel drawn to a singular calling, others may experience multiple purposes or find that their sense of vocation evolves over time. Vocation is often associated with career, but it doesn’t always align with one’s job. For some, it’s expressed through volunteer work, caregiving, or meaningful roles within their families or communities. My courses create space to explore all of these possibilities.

My courses can be tailored for organizations, professional groups, and even circles of friends. Each offering is customized to meet the unique needs of the group, supporting participants in reconnecting with purpose, clarity, and direction. The courses can be developed to align with an organization’s efforts to retain and develop its people and to ensure a healthy succession plan.
